Meet Our Founder
George Gotschall is President of Premier Testing, Inc. located in Fort Myers, FL, and Akron, OH.
He established his company in 2002 while working as a consultant to the personnel placement industry.
Several hotel management companies such as Baywood, Dolce, Prism, and Stanford have used his DISC reports. They have found it extremely useful in providing excellent behavioral information in an easy to understand format. George has established himself as a certified distributor for Target Training International worldwide.
He has a Masters in Business (MBA) degree from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is also certified as a Baldrige Examiner, Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Professional EQ Analyst (CPEQ).
